Challenge
Virši started working with Dokobit because the company needed a faster way to collect signatures from multiple parties on documents. Previously, employees sent documents by email from one signer to another, which was time-consuming, insecure, and created extra administrative work.
Solution
When choosing an e-signing solution, Virši identified reliability and ease of use as the most important criteria. An additional advantage of the Dokobit portal was the possibility for the company’s partners from other Baltic countries to sign documents, as the e-signature portal is also a familiar and accessible tool for them.
Result
Dokobit has helped the Virši Group to continue its digitisation processes and to phase out paper-based document flows, as the company now signs the majority of its documents electronically. Most often, Virši uses the Dokobit portal to sign documents that require more than two electronic signatures, such as minutes of meetings and multilateral contracts. Portal was particularly useful when the company started business in Lithuania, as it helped to swiftly sign documents between companies in both countries.
